Saicho's carefully selected Hojicha tea hails from Shizuoka Prefecture, situated along the Pacific Ocean coast of Japan. Fresh Sencha tea leaves undergo steaming, machine rolling and drying. They are then roasted to add the signature toasty flavour. Pairs beautifully with Sushi or mushroom risotto.
