La Quintinye
Born in the heart of the vineyards of Charente, France, La Quintinye Vermouth Royal is an opulent French vermouth crafted from white wines from the southwest of France, Pineau des Charentes – a renowned fortified wine made by mixing fresh grape juice and Cognac from a single estate – and a composition of carefully curated botanicals.
La Quintinye Vermouth Royal is a tribute to Jean-Baptiste de La Quintinye, a visionary born in 1623 in the Charente region, the creator of the Kitchen Gardens and Botanist at the Palace of Versailles for the Sun King, Louis XIV. The values of excellence and passion for innovation epitomised by Jean-Baptiste de La Quintinye are shared today by Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, founder of EWG and renowned master-blender & distiller.
